We aren’t just agents here. We’re your neighbors. Roxy Laufer was born and raised in Los Gatos, owns her home in town, and serves as Treasurer on the Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Adena Griffin was born and raised in Campbell. Scott Hetrick grew up in San Jose’s Pinehurst neighborhood. Juliana Sullivan owns her home in Almaden and volunteers with the PTA at her children’s school. Kelly Yeung is a Bay Area native, too.

Roxy’s Story

Roxy was born and raised in Los Gatos, in a family of local business owners. Her mother is the second-generation owner of Deja & Co. Exquisite Jewels in Saratoga, so Roxy learned early that trust, personal care and long-term relationships matter most.

Before real estate, she was a program and product manager in tech, and she still works that way. Every client gets a clear roadmap and direct, honest communication from the first conversation to closing day. Sellers count on her preparation and skilled negotiation to get the most from their home. Buyers count on her local knowledge to find not just a house, but the right neighborhood.

Away from work, you'll find Roxy at the poker table, planning her next trip or showing off photos of her cat, Sammy. She gives back through Sereno's 1% Foundation, CMT and The Educating Tanzania Foundation. And ask her where to eat. She always has a favorite.
